Failed to tell me my insurance was accepted BUT out of network after I received my bill from the insurance company. GREAT way of doing business. Just lost a customer, way to go. BEWARE ask before going, or you will end up like me....

I miss this little book store. I loved going in there. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They always knew what they were talking about and would always be willing to help in anyway they could, even with special orders.
